Returns Policy

We hope you are delighted with your Misteeq purchase. To ensure you have a pleasurable shopping experience we have a 14 day returns policy for Australian customers & a 30 day returns policy for International customers. If you purchase an item which does not suit or fit we offer a Store Credit Note which does not have an expiry date.



(Note Reduced and Sale items cannot be returned). Once your order has been placed no amendments nor cancellations can be made. This also includes Pre-Order styles. We are unable to combine orders.

  1. Email obtain an Returns Authority (RA#) number.  Include your name, Invoice Number, Item To Be Returned & Reason For Return.

  2. Upon receiving the RA#, simply send your goods back to the address shown below. Items received by Misteeq without an RA# will be returned to the customer and Postage Costs in this situation will be at the expense of the customer.



  • Return requests must be made within 14 days for Australian customers & 30 days for International customers.

  • Items may only be returned with a valid Returns Authority Number (RA#).

  • Returns must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to reject your return if it has an odour of perfume/deodorant or makeup/tanning marks etc.

  • If your return does not meet our Returns Policy it shall be returned to you & you will be liable for the return postage cost.

  • Items purchased during promotional sale periods will NOT be eligible for return.

  • We do not accept returns on Sale Items, Sunglasses, Swimwear, Intimates, Jewellery, Make Up or Accessories.

  • We do not credit original shipping costs unless the item is faulty or there was a dispatch error by Misteeq.

    Every endeavour is made to ensure returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving your return.

    Please also ensure you have completed the returns form dispatched with your Order. If we do not receive this information we are unable to process your return.

    All returns are to be sent to our Head Office. Misteeq has no responsibility for items returned by you but not received by Misteeq.

  • Faulty Items -  All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers, however in the rare event of a manufacturing fault you will be entitled to a refund. If you believe your purchase item has a fault, please email with a description of the purchased item and of the fault. Faulty items will not be accepted unless they are in original condition with tags attached. In the case of a faulty item we must be notified at Misteeq within 7 days of receipt.

    Purchases made in store may be exchanged within 10 days, provided they are in original condition with tags attached. Please ensure you show your receipt of purchase at time of return.

    We are unable to exchange Sale Items, or items purchases during Promotional Sale Periods.

    Tan, Swimwear, Intimates, Sunglasses, Make-up & Jewellery are not able to be returned.
